Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Human Resources Director partners with the Kerr Commercial and Operation functions within Europe to support Kerr’s continuing growth. The successful candidate will enjoy all aspects of HR including both strategic and tactical. This includes partnering with the senior leadership team on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, strategic projects, process improvement and employee relations; all in alignment with the driving Envista Core Values and accelerating company growth. This position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Consumables. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the business strategy by collaborating with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and develop organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. /li liDevelop and lead people engagement efforts, is a steward of our culture and contributes to work that furthers the Kerr business strategy. /li liLeads and facilitates organization effectiveness activities and information sessions for employees at all levels of the organization on a variety of topics - from programs to leadership and team development initiatives. /li liPartners with the Talent Acquisition team on external and internal recruiting for various roles, primarily commercial and leadership, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for ongoing commercial success. /li liAdvises and coaches management in appropriate resolution of employee relations and performance issues. /li liDrives talent development efforts for targeted employee populations. /li liFacilitates processes for assigned organizations (i.e., annual performance management and merit processes, promotions, talent reviews) ensuring alignment between the Corporate and Kerr strategy and philosophy. /li liMaintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant. /li liDirects, coordinates, and reviews the HR components of the strategic plan for Kerr EMEA functions. /li liLead HR team to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work method, procedures and results across all EMEA Kerr functions and Kerr sites. /li liSelects, trains, coaches, motivates and evaluates their HR team of direct reports. /li liLeads projects, both inside and outside of the HR function. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Management, or a related field. /li li8+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with increasing responsibility. /li li3+ years Commercial HR experience. /li li3+ years’ work experience in operations within a highly regulated industry. /li liExperience with organization effectiveness and competency models. /li liThis is not a 'remote' role. The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to our EU operation - preferably in Jicin, Czech Republic; however candidates based in Prague or Scafati, Italy will be considered. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liMaster’s degree preferred. /li liProven, strong collaboration and influencing skills. /li liWorking knowledge of recruiting, data and analytics, sales compensation, and training and development. /li liProficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. /li liStrong effective communication skills oral/written, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams. /li liAbility to set and follow process, but also comfortable deviating from process when it makes sense due to business or market demands. /li liStrong employment law knowledge. /li liExtensive Labor Relations and investigations experience. /li liAbility to drive projects to completion. /li liContinuous improvement and growth mindset, preferably experienced in one or more continuous improvement methodologies. /li liWorkday knowledge preferred. /li liHR Certification preferred. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 ul liApproximately 20% - 30% travel, with occasional international travel required. /li /ul h3Operating Company /h3 pKerr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
