We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Switzerland.
This long-term opportunity involves collaboration with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on the Commerce module.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce (Retail) and strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail)
* Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required
* Strong experience in client communication and collaboration
* Excellent English language skills are required; German is a strong plus
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
* Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams
* Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules
* Experience supporting digital retail transformation initiatives
Location: Remote but occasional travels are required
