* To design and deliver training programs for operational managers on product usage, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize ROI.
* To identify and address potential barriers in onboarding projects, leveraging expertise from various areas to ensure smooth customer journeys.
* To lead the upgrade of solutions for existing clients, enhancing their overall experience and driving long-term loyalty.
* To utilize customer proximity to drive continuous product improvement and process optimization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management, with a proven track record of successful projects.
* A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
