Ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking an OT Deployment Lead to orchestrate and govern a large-scale OT cybersecurity deployment project across multiple factories, global functions, and third-party services. This is a strategic role supporting a global cybersecurity program in a dynamic industrial environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, own, and manage the end-to-end deployment plan, including reapplication waves and handover to Run Support teams /li liCoordinate factory deployments of OT hardware, software, and tools, as well as global support services such as identity management and network infrastructure /li liEnforce governance, workflows, auditing and approval processes to ensure disciplined rollout and timely decision-making /li liTrack progress, risks, blockers, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution /li liAct as the single coordination point across factories, central IT/OT, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors /li liDrive execution cadences, readiness checkpoints and maintain alignment with the overall project masterplan, including milestones, dependencies, and risks /li liAlign local and global priorities, reducing friction across sites, services, and teams /li liProvide clear, decision‑ready reporting and ensure consistent messaging for Global OT management /li liMaintain strong communication, persuasion, and escalation skills to translate strategy into executable plans /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience as an OT Project Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, IT/OT Deployment Coordinator, or a similar role. /li liExperience working in industrial or manufacturing environments and managing multi‑site deployments. /li liStrong understanding of OT hardware and software, industrial automation, IT/OT integration, OT networks, PAM, Active Directory, Network Security, and SCADA. /li liExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, governance processes, risk management, and large‑scale deployment activities. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. /li liExcellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities. /li liAttention to detail, independence, and autonomy. /li liAbility to influence and align stakeholders across local and global teams. /li liStrong reporting, tracking, and problem‑solving capabilities. /li /ul h3Language Proficiency /h3 ul liEnglish: Professional written and spoken proficiency - mandatory. /li liItalian: Professional written and spoken proficiency - mandatory. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, and IT/OT stream coordination. /li liExperience delivering large‑scale, multi‑site deployments within industrial or manufacturing environments. /li liStrong vendor and stakeholder management experience. /li liKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, governance frameworks, and deployment methodologies. /li liExperience with OT cybersecurity initiatives, project reporting, risk and dependency management, and large‑scale rollout programs. /li /ul h3Work Conditions /h3 ul liWorking hours: 40 working hours per week /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking setup (hybrid, on site, remote): Hybrid, 1/2 days from home /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liSalary starting with 50000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level. /li liCollective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) applied: Terziario Commercio with the following benefits: /li liMeal vouchers of 8€ per worked day. /li liMedical insurance. /li liSpecial referral bonuses for recommending your friends. /li liPossibility to follow trainings via Stefanini LinkedIn Learning, IT and soft skills training provided by our specialists. /li liOpportunities for professional development in a stable multinational environment. /li liExposure to an international environment as part of a multicultural team spread across Europe. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pHere at the Stefanini Group, we value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender, and nationality.
