Responsibilities
The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for developing the knowledge and skills to conduct maintenance, installations and repairs of SCIEX mass spectrometers and related HPLCs. This position works under close supervision and mentoring by the direct manager, regional specialists and senior engineers within the territory. The assigned territory will be mainly Lombardia and Piemonte; the preferred location is Northern Italy, western part of Lombardia or eastern part of Piemonte.
The associate Field Service Engineer needs to learn and develop technical skills to perform high quality maintenance, installations and repairs.
Qualifications
* 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field (including Istituto Tecnologico Superiore - ITS Academy) and/or equivalent field experience
* Excellent communications skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with customers
* Willingness to travel for customer visits and/or trainings (Driving license B is essential)
* English and Italian language proficiency
