PWe’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to support our growing team by managing full cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and GTM (go-to-market) roles. This position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer. /ppThis position is a full-time role. We are 100% remote but candidates must reside and be authorized to work in Costa Rica. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliLead full life cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to offer, for sales, technical and technology-adjacent positions. /liliCollaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements; assist in refining job descriptions and role specifications. /liliDevelop and implement strategic recruiting plans to meet current and future staffing needs. /liliConduct ad hoc market research and role benchmarking for new or evolving position types. /liliSource and engage candidates through various technology-centric platforms and professional networks. /liliConduct candidate introduction calls and maintain consistent communication throughout the interview process. /liliRecommend and execute effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract high-quality talent. /liliCoordinate and schedule interviews using a variety of formats (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone, text, etc.). /liliMaintain accurate and organized candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. /liliEnsure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed of their status and next steps. /liliStay current with recruiting best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. /li /ulpbRequired /b /pulli4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven success filling technical roles. /liliStrong understanding of technical skills, job functions, and industry terminology. /liliHands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies. /liliDemonstrated ability to recruit at speed. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. /liliProficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting databases. /liliKnowledge of employment laws and regulations. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools). /liliTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. /li /ulpbNice to Have /b /pulliFamiliarity or hands-on experience with Breezy (ATS platform). /liliPrior experience working in an agency or staffing firm environment is a strong plus. /liliExposure to or understanding of Agile practices, particularly in technical or product-focused teams. /li /ulpbThis is a full-time position with the following benefits : /b /pulliPrivate medical insurance /liliGenerous PTO policy, company holidays /liliFully remote work (always will be) /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
