Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape win strategies for large, complex bids and coordinate experts across solutioning, proposal management, and pricing. You’ll manage pursuit timelines and ensure compliant client submissions, while fostering clear communication across teams and stakeholders. You’ll contribute to improving bid processes and support team development in a dynamic, globally distributed environment. This position supports Accenture’s Sales Excellence objective of driving commercial growth through strong coordination and strategic messaging.

Responsabilità
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience in proposal management and structured bid processes
* Familiarity with sales enablement concepts (deal qualification, competitive positioning, financial modeling)
* Knowledge of outsourcing, system integration, cloud, or technology services is a plus
* Excellent communication, team-building and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team across countries
* Degree and fluency in English (written and spoken)
