PbComp Ben and HR Analytics Specialist (Milan, Italy) /b /ppRDM Group is looking for a bComp Ben and HR Analytics Specialist /b to join the HR Team based in Milan. /ppReporting to the Chief HR Officer, the specialist is responsible for analyzing workforce data, labor costs, and HR KPIs. This includes developing dashboards and reports, delivering insights to improve HR processes, performance management, and enhancing the employee experience. /ppThe role supports the Compensation Benefits process by researching, designing, and maintaining programs that align with current and future market trends to meet business objectives. /ppThey collaborate in defining labor budget guidelines and are responsible for consolidating the labor budget, forecasts, labor cost control, and HR KPIs at the group level. /ppAdditionally, they define tools and systems to monitor and manage all aspects of People Analytics. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3olliCollect, aggregate, and analyze HR data from various systems (e.g., HCM, Group BI, surveys, Excel files, etc.). /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., labor cost, FTE, HC, worked hours, absenteeism, overtime). /liliSupport predictive analytics projects (e.g., attrition risk, performance forecasting). /liliCollaborate with HR team members to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions. /liliAnalyze compensation trends, pay equity, and internal salary benchmarking to support compensation benefits processes. /liliProvide data insights during salary reviews, bonus allocations, and budgeting cycles. /liliSupport the development and monitoring of compensation structures, benefits utilization, and reward programs. /liliMonitor key HR KPIs to identify trends and anomalies. /liliParticipate in HR digital transformation initiatives and data governance. /liliPromote a data-driven mindset across HR functions. /liliLead the annual salary review process, including job evaluation, benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations, ensuring fairness and compliance. /liliGuide HR partners and managers on compensation matters such as job leveling, salary bands, and incentives. /liliMaintain and update compensation data and systems in collaboration with HRIS, ensuring accuracy. /liliCommunicate and educate employees on compensation and benefits programs. /liliTrack prevailing pay rates and ensure competitive compensation plans through benchmarking. /liliContribute to building a competitive pay and benefits package aligned with business objectives. /liliManage the HR budget at the group level in collaboration with Controlling and HR managers. /liliOversee labor cost control and related analyses of forecasts versus budgets. /liliSupport the development of KPIs to enable employee performance feedback. /li /olh3Requirements /h3ulliApproximately 5 years of experience in mapping and implementing HR business processes. /liliData-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, and effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex problems. /liliProficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS tools. /liliUnderstanding of HR technology and operational processes across functions. /liliDeep understanding of HR data and lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, engagement, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with business KPIs in HR and data collection at global and country levels. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliGood planning and organizational skills. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulh3Location /h3pRDM Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, accessible, and welcoming workplace for all abilities and backgrounds. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
