The role involves making independent commercial decisions within guidelines. Main objectives include:
1. Presenting and communicating the DNA of the collection to customers during showroom appointments.
2. Ensuring the achievement of budget objectives while maintaining a product assortment aligned with the brand identity.
Qualifications:
1. Support the Sales Operations Manager in achieving sales targets by independently managing orders and maximizing sales results, ensuring appropriate product choices.
2. Assist in planning the client agenda alongside the Sales Operations Manager and team.
3. Maintain updated knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects.
4. Perform operational activities related to showroom maintenance during various phases (pre-sales, campaign, post-sales).
5. Evaluate customers to define suitable product assortments that maximize profits.
6. Promote role development through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and efficiency.
7. Encourage the use of digital technologies for process management and communication with stakeholders.
8. Adopt and promote behaviors aligned with sustainable development, focusing on environmental care and community well-being.
