To support our continued development, we are seeking an Organization & Compensation Manager to join Rocktree, based in Genoa, Italy, reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Officer.
Your Responsibilities
Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and alignment with global policies
Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of the global HR budget in collaboration with regional HR and Finance
Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational structure, effectiveness, and employee engagement across the Group
Partner with HR and business leaders to support performance management, training, and succession planning processes
Drive organizational transformation and cultural alignment across subsidiaries
Monitor HR and organizational metrics, analyze results, and propose actionable improvement plans
Qualifications For The Role
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of organizational design principles and compensation & benefits frameworks
Solid understanding of HR budgeting, financial processes, and cost optimization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional and global initiatives
Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Experience in M&A; projects and HR integration processes is a plus
5–6 years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, or similar roles
