IT Desk Site Support - System Analyst (m/w/d)
as a System Analyst (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware, applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.
Your tasks:
* Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
* Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
* User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation
* Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
* Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
* Alignment to compliance requirements (GXP) and all IT policies
* Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
* Collaborate with site leader and management team
* Daily participation in regional meetings
Your profile:
* Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
* Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
* Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
* Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
* Advanced knowledge about IT infrastructure
* Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
* Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
* Good English skills and French will be beneficial
