Join our company as an Senior L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customer site.
- Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
- Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
- Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
- Provide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidance
- Help with basic router and switch installations
- Assist with datacenter-related tasks and backup activities
- Asset management
- Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Location: Milan (city center - fully onsite)
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products, Familiarity with ticketing system
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10⁄11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi),
- Good English and fluent Italian
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management,
- Communicative and supportive attitude
