Our client is a leader in parking management systems, with over 16,000 systems installed worldwide. Their solutions allow their customers, public and private car park Managers, to optimise the management of their car parks, offering innovative services to users. They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience with both automation system implementation projects and maintenance within both remote and on-site settings. At the end of your training, you will intervene in the field in full autonomy where you will be a key element of the relationships our client maintains with their customers. Main Duties
·Experience in implementations / installation of complex systems: video surveillance, access controls, networks
·Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Win 10 / Server 2016 and up)
·SQL database experience
·Good knowledge of English
·Analysis and communication skills
·Orientation to results and customer satisfaction
·Project / activity management
·Configuration and activation of parking systems
·Manage customer requests
·System maintenance, functional checks
·Technical support to the Commercial team and customers on sales products and solutions
·Supervision of the work of third-party suppliers and contractors
