What you will do
* Deliver exceptional customer service.

What you will bring
* Excellent Italian language skills.
* Very good English communication skills.
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
* Good computer literacy.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
