The team you will be a part of: This role in summary: We are looking to add an experienced Executive Recruiter to be based in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will own hiring leader relationships with the our executive team at to fill roles at the Sr. Manager and occasionally Director roles. You will establish and implement executive research, sourcing, and recruiting strategies across multiple areas of our business. You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders and HR partners alike. Minimum requirements: - 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting senior roles - At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience for higher-level roles in mid-sized to large organizations - Expertise in using modern recruitment and sourcing tools and technologies - Experience in partnering with and advising executive leaders through TA project life cycle - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Post-Graduate degree is a plus - External executive search experience is a plus This position is based at our Milan/Pero Italy location, and offers a hybrid schedule of 2- 3 days/ week in-office.
