Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, the Business Analyst supports the functions by delivering data-driven insights to improve business performance, sales effectiveness, and decision-making processes. The role focuses on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) analysis, product forecasting (with a focus on HX products), and performance monitoring across Chronic and Oncology portfolios. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders, the analyst ensures high data quality standards and supports the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and business insights. The role also contributes to omnichannel initiatives and sales force capability building: Contribute to forecasting activities, particularly for HX products Perform in-depth analysis on Chronic and Oncology product lines to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends Support the implementation and monitoring of Omnichannel initiatives (e.g., CES projects) Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using CRM and PowerBI tools Support Commercial Excellence activities through SFE analysis, KPIs monitoring, and performance tracking Support the design, monitoring and analysis of SIP (Sales Incentive Plans), ensuring alignment with business objective Provide insights to support sales and marketing strategies and improve market positioning Support the training sessions, adoption of CRM and analytical tools within the sales force Assist in defining business requirements and translating them into actionable insights The Person Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or Management Engineering 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Knowledge of SFE, forecasting, and pharma data sources is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools Familiarity with CRM systems, PowerBI and data visualization platforms Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good communication and presentation skills Time management and organizational skills The Rewards In return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme). xrdztoy Not to mention the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in a new and dynamic role within a progressive and expanding business, at an exciting time of growing international reach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
