In this role you lead the deployment of control systems for Vertiv's Thermal Management solutions across the EMEA region, driving standardization, quality, and performance. You collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and field teams to deliver scalable, high‑efficiency cooling solutions for data centers. You will oversee control panel configuration, PLC programming, and system validation, and lead commissioning activities from FAT through customer handover. Your work shapes reliable, energy‑efficient systems in mission‑critical environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- 7+ years in HVAC controls, data center cooling, or mission‑critical infrastructure
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, and BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP
- Proven deployment experience in data centers or critical environments
- Knowledge of chilled water, DX cooling, and airflow management
- Experience with multiple EMEA deployments and contractor environments
- Strong execution and ownership mindset aligned with Vertiv delivery culture
- Deep technical expertise in thermal management systems and controls
- Ability to lead cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
- Effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders
