Where no two days are the same.\n\nYOUR ROLE\n\nWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically strong Data Modeler to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality data models that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and governance. You will work closely with engineering, data governance, and business teams to ensure data structures are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.\n\nData Modeling & Architecture\n\nDesign dimensional models (fact tables, conformed dimensions, SCD types) and/or 3NF or Data Vault structures appropriate for business and technical requirements.\nCreate and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.\nDefine data quality rules, metadata standards, and naming conventions to ensure governance and consistency across systems.\n\nEngineering Collaboration\n\nGenerate DDL and collaborate with engineering teams on schema deployment, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.\nWork closely with ETL/ELT engineers to ensure that pipelines, transformations, and data flows align with model structures.\n\nGovernance & Documentation\n\nContribute to data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management efforts in partnership with Data Governance teams.\nClearly communicate model changes, business impacts, and dependencies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nTechnical Expertise\n\nDemonstrated experience in data modeling, including dimensional modeling (star, snowflake), normalization (3NF), and/or Data Vault 2.0.\nStrong SQL and DDL skills, with the ability to reason about query performance, indexing, and partitioning.\nFamiliarity with data quality, metadata, and data lineage practices.\n\nTools Experience\n\nProficiency with at least one enterprise data modeling tool, such as: SAP PowerDesigner, ERwin Data Modeler, ER/Studio, Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler, SQLDBM, DbSchema, Vertabelo, Hackolade, Toad Data Modeler, InfoSphere Data Architect, pgModeler, or Sparx Enterprise Architect.\n\nCollaboration & Awareness\n\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams, bridging technical and business perspectives.\nAwareness of ETL/ELT and orchestration concepts (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Matillion, dbt, Airflow, ADF, Databricks); hands‑on pipeline development is not required.\n\nWhat You’ll Love About Working Here\n\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
