The selected candidate will join the technical assistance team and will step in to resolve complex issues that local electromechanical maintenance technicians have been unable to solve. Main Responsibilities
- - Advanced Diagnostics: Perform high‑level technical analysis on complex malfunctions (mechanical, electronic, and software).
- On‑Site Support: Intervene directly in the field to resolve critical issues requiring specialized engineering expertise.
- Act as the technical point of contact for dealers and strategic customers.
- Technical Reporting: Draft detailed reports on identified anomalies to support the R&D; department in continuous product improvement.
- Training: Transfer technical know‑how to local technicians and dealerships during business missions.
Required Requirements
- - Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and French.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience of at least one year in customer support or R&D; is considered a plus, combined with proven experience in mechanical and electronic troubleshooting on heavy machinery or agri‑tech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of hydraulic systems, transmissions, engine mechanics, and CAN‑bus architectures applied to agricultural or industrial machinery; ability to read technical drawings; proficiency in using Salesforce is appreciated.

- - Strong problem‑solving skills and stress management in complex operational environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential both for managing customers in critical situations and for representing the company at trade fairs.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for at least 60% of working time, both in Italy and abroad.

Available to travel for 60‑70% of the working year, operating both within Europe and in non‑EU markets, while spending the remaining working time at the company headquarters.
