Imagine offers the possibility to discover traditional TV and latest Broadcast technologies in different contexts over the world. /p /br /brh3A Bit About The Role /h3 /brul /brliInstallation support of Imagine solutions: Automation/Video Servers, Channel in the box, MAM, Graphics, Gateways solutions /li /brliSetup with traditional SDI and new solutions: 2110, 2022/6, TS, HDR, JpegXS, Docker, hybrid system /li /brliGet in touch with product lines and RD to improve solutions and answer customer needs /li /brliSupport on large and innovative projects during implementation continuing support during live migration /li /brliTravel to different countries to support manage key customers based in West Europe and Africa /li /brliSupport sales for any potential future opportunities /li /brliDeliver on site and remote services /li /brliThe role is based in West Europe, there are offices in London and in Paris. Possibility to work remotely. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Technical Commissioning and Training /h3 /brul /brliProvide on-site installation of equipment and secure its operation /li /brliDeliver basic operation and maintenance training to customers /li /brliProvide troubleshooting of assigned equipment at the customer site /li /brliProvide alternative solutions to customer issues where the current solution does not meet customers’ expectations /li /brliProduce simulations of customer-reported problems and test various alternatives and options to arrive at a resolution to the problem /li /brliInterface effectively with other departments to resolve on-site customer issues /li /brliFollow-up with customers to ensure issues are adequately resolved /li /brliAct as an advocate for both the company and the customer /li /brliArrange for module exchange or factory repair of customer product /li /brliComplete expense and field trip reports timely and accurately /li /br /ul /br /brh3Technical Product Support /h3 /brul /brliResolve customer product/System issues following defined support processes /li /brliArrange for module exchange or repair of customer product /li /brliEnter service calls and associated activities into CRM system accurately and in a timely manner /li /brliEscalate more complex technical issues through the appropriate system /li /brliSupport e-service tools such as customer queries and repair /li /br /ul /br /brh3About You /h3 /brul /brliEngineering or Bachelor’s degree /li /brliGood communication skills (written and spoken English) /li /brliExperience with Broadcast Playout Technologies (ideally minimum 5 years) /li /brliDeep and thorough knowledge with hands-on experience with Automation/Playout/Graphics/MAM/Newsroom/Infrastructure workflow (preference for candidates familiar with Imagine products Services) /li /brliUnderstanding of service-based architecture /li /brliPositive, professional attitude with ability to work independently as well as support for team members when required /li /brliAvailable to travel (mainly in West Europe and Africa but could be over the world too) with ability to work remotely /li /br /ul /br /brh3What does our team say? /h3 /brp“Working in Professional Services has made me see the result of improving quality for Customer satisfaction which in turn benefits Imagine as a company as well as customers.
