Position
For a direct hire with an important client in the public works sector, we are looking for:
Electrical Operations Director and Site Coordinator
The main activities will include:
* Studying, analyzing, and understanding the types of plants built; reviewing technical manuals and electrical diagrams;
* Planning and managing construction sites, ensuring deadlines and technical-economic progress;
* Managing and coordinating workforce and contractors;
* Ensuring coordination among different companies and suppliers involved;
* Planning procurement of materials and equipment;
* Managing suppliers and contractors;
* Ensuring construction standards and quality of works;
* Organizing and executing work in compliance with contractual norms;
* Monitoring work execution according to project specifications and contracts;
* Collaborating with Site Management during installation, startup, and testing phases;
* Ensuring safety and environmental standards are met;
* Managing relations with Site Management;
* Verifying contractual compliance and adherence to timelines and procedures;
* Overseeing safety and risk prevention measures;
* Ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance by contractors.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent technical diploma with automation specialization;
* Registration with the relevant professional register or willingness to register;
* At least 5 years of experience in technical management of electrical plant construction;
* Excellent knowledge of complex electrical schematics;
* Good understanding of low/medium voltage power systems and special electrical systems;
* Experience in public procurement is preferred;
* Proficiency with CAD, Excel, and Primus software;
* Availability to work on sites in central Italy and Sardinia.

Full-time schedule
The first site will be located in S. Vittore, Frosinone province.
