We offer our industry stakeholders in over b150 countries /b access to a global platform of high‑quality vision care products and iconic brands, and a network delivering best‑in‑class shopping experiences. /p pJoin our global community of over b190,000 /b dedicated employees to drive the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an HSE Specialist who will redesign the Integrated Management System. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare two separate document management systems for HSE and QUALITY starting from the current integrated management system (HSE + QUALITY). /li liDevelop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE‑related documents. /li liReview existing documents (manuals, procedures and operative instructions). /li liCheck consistency of documents to reflect the real practices. /li liAlign documents where necessary with EL group standards. /li liDesign and manage a SharePoint dedicated to HSE topics: ul liCreate and manage sites and pages. /li liOrganize and publish content and documentation. /li liUse web parts, document libraries, and permission settings. /li /ul /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or "Tecniche della prevenzione nell’ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro". /li liExcellent written communication skills in Italian, with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy and consistency; academic experience in technical documentation or structured reports is a plus. /li liInterest in Management System Standards, particularly ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 are a plus). /li liFamiliarity with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards is a plus. /liliGood command of Microsoft Office 365 tools. /li liFluent English. /li liWillingness to learn and solve problems independently. /li liAttention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. /li liTeam‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments. /li /ul h3Diversity, Equity and Inclusion /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
