Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator skilled in fabricating and welding railing, ornamental, and various aluminum products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and possess expert-level skills in welding and fabricating aluminum products. Responsibilities include supporting smooth operations of the weld shop and producing high-quality products efficiently and on time. The employee will perform tasks that ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

Job Summary:
The position requires performing all tasks to ensure operational efficiency in safety, quality, delivery, and fabrication costs.
Job Responsibilities:
* Work as directed by management
* Inspect and receive weld shop inventory according to purchase orders
* Monitor weld shop supplies and inventory levels; report concerns or shortages
* Maintain certified forklift operation
* Perform daily safety checks on forklift
* Coordinate with branch scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products
* Participate in scheduled physical inventories
* Maintain a clean and organized shop, including outdoor and dumpster areas, following 5S principles
* Properly care for and maintain all weld shop equipment
* Follow all safety guidelines
* Contribute to CRA’s success
* Work constructively with other departments and employees to achieve CRA’s goals
Job Requirements:
* Winning mindset
* Maintain professional conduct in all CRA activities and expect the same from coworkers
* Demonstrated competence in welding, fabricating, and using shop equipment (test onsite during interview)
* Effective planning skills with attention to detail
* Maintain security and confidentiality of work-related information
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Accountability:
Reports to weld shop supervisor for all responsibilities.
