Accountabilities Requirement Management project database: Configuration and Management Project Engineer support for requirements management purpose during all project life cycle System Engineering support for requirements development respecting traceability Supporting responsible to define the Requirement Management Plan (RMP) perform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problem Requirements Engineering process during all project life cycle Requirements KPIs analysis Technical support to enable improved project deliverables (e.g. CAD, GPLM, etc) Required Skills/ Knowledge Knowledge in Requirement Management discipline Deep Knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language Liaise with clients and the system design authority to confirm system requirements Advanced knowledge in MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point) Analyse stakeholder needs and expectations to establish the requirements for the project or system Create and maintain the project requirements in DOORS Provide project requirements management progress and KPI reports Knowledge of V life cycle Basic knowledge of Rail Transit Subsystem. Problem solving capability Communicate Effectively Team working capability Working under stress At least 3 years of experience in similar positions is a preferential title Education / Qualifications Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/Associate Degree or equivalent technical background.
