Group Investment Product Solutions – Group Client Solutions

Investment Product Specialists drive and manage the distribution of onemarkets product solutions (onemarkets Funds and Structured Products) within Unicredit internal sales and advisory channels. Act as the key interface between Sales Management, Marketing, and UniCredit client advisors/branch manager to ensure optimal fund placement and client satisfaction.


What you'll be doing


As Investment and Protection Products Specialist you:

* Promote and support the sales of onemarkets product solutions across UniCredit internal Retail, Private Banking, Wealth Management and Corporate networks.
* Serve as the primary contact for UniCredit client advisors regarding product-related topics, product positioning, storytelling and market updates.
* Conduct regular product trainings, webinars, and in-person sessions to enhance advisor knowledge and engagement.
* Organization and execution of end-client events in coordination with local UniCredit advisors.
* Collaborate with marketing and Sales Management to develop sales materials, product stories, and campaign strategies.
* Monitor fund flows, advisor feedback, and market trends to optimize product offerings and identify new opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines in all sales activities.
* Work closely with the development team to align fund offerings with client needs and market developments.
* Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing fund penetration and client satisfaction within UniCredit.


What you'll need to succeed


Skills:

* Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment strategies, and capital markets.
* Deep know-how across all financial Instruments including Funds, Equities, Rates, FX and Credit products and their derivatives.
* Familiarity with the Italian retail and private banking landscape.
* Able to interact with Family offices and Institutional clients.
* Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, regulator guidelines).
* High client orientation and ability to translate complex investment topics into client-relevant narratives.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong passion, excellent competence, ownership, team spirit.

Qualifications:

* Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
* Relevant certifications are a plus.
* Several years of experience in fund- and structured product sales, or product management—ideally within a bank or asset management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
