Fluency in English is essential, as it is the main language used across teams, clients, and documentation. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnd-to-End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of digital promotions and contests, from initial client briefing and concept development through to final release and post-launch hypercare. /liliClient Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for the client. Proactively engage with the client to thoroughly understand their marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and specific requirements. /liliRequirements Gathering Scoping: Lead discovery sessions with the client to capture detailed project requirements, objectives, and success metrics. Develop clear project briefs, scope documents, and functional specifications that align with client expectations. /liliCross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with Technical Development Teams, UX/UI Designers, Content Managers, Data Analytics Teams, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely delivery and quality across devices and platforms. /liliRisk Management Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
