We are seeking a candidate for the position based in Bentivoglio (BO). Position HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALIST Responsibilities Manage employee relations; Handle administrative tasks related to personnel (hiring, contractual changes, resignations, attendance, deadlines); Provide support and advice to employees on matters such as contracts, payroll, administrative procedures; Process payroll slips; Coordinate with external consulting firms; Manage relationships with staffing agencies for temporary staff; Prepare reports for management support. Requirements Candidates should have experience in similar roles within companies, professional studios, or associations. A background in economics or labor consulting is required, along with proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel. Additional Information We offer a permanent contract with direct employment.
