For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect. /i /ppiDiscover more about our culture and approach here: /i /ph3bJob Description Summary: /b /h3Nadara is expanding its PM Team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join it.brNadara’s PM performs project management duties from FID to COD on its renewable onshore pipeline (wind, PV, storage) to deliver projects with full control of schedule, budget, quality and risk.h3bJob Description: /b /h3pbuMain Responsibilities: /u /b /ppThe role reports to the Head of PM and is expected to lead and manage projects from late development through FID and ultimately to COD, with the following tasks and responsibilities: /pullipLeading in the project management of a number of projects of different technologies within our renewable pipeline from before final consent is granted up to COD; /p /lilipBring projects to Final Investment Decision (FID), Ready To Buid (RtB) and ultimately Commercial Operation Date (COD) on time and on budget as per FID approval; /p /lilipResponsible and accountable for achieving the project objectives maximizing the value of the project deliverables; /p /lilipEnsure that projects are engineered, constructed and connected on time and on budget; /p /lilipManage and coordinate the preparation of the package for the FID; /p /lilipDefine and manage the timeline and deadlines implementing a proper Gantt, foreseeing and removing obstacles and prevent or mitigate potential risks; /p /lilipManage budget and financial k.p.i. providing direction and maintaining the governance of the project; /p /lilipManage and coordinate the project team and the interface with internal departments and external stakeholders fostering effective communication; /p /lilipSupport the procurement team in the contract strategy and oversee the construction activities; /p /lilipCoordinate the negotiation of construction, quality assurance and management contracts and any variation or claim in coordination with the procurement team; /p /lilipManage the financing strategy of the project in coordination of the financing team; /p /lilipManage the offtake strategy in coordination with the Energy Market team; /p /lilipEnsure high quality standards in HSE in coordination with the HSE department and control on the quality assurance aspects; /p /lilipHand over asset to Operations at PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate) /p /li /ulpbuRequired skills experience: /u /b /pullipMin. 2 years of working in PM roles for infrastructure or energy projects /p /lilipMaster or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject e.g. renewables, engineering, planning or environmental and sustainability studies /p /lilipExperience in the renewable energy development and/or construction, with a demonstrable track record of successfully achieved targets /p /lilipKnowledge of the key financial indicators of a renewable project and their optimization /p /lilipHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS applications /p /lilipPrepared to travel extensively within Europe /p /lilipPragmatic and creative problem solving mindset /p /lilipExcellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders, partners, technical and non-technical) /p /lilipGood Leadership attitude with an empathic approach. /p /lilipExperience of leading teams from multiple cultures and competencies /p /lilipFull clean driving license /p /lilipFluent speaker of at least two of the following languages Italian, English, French and Spanish /p /li /ulpbuDesirable skills experience /u /b /pullipQuality, health and safety management experience of design and construction works. /p /li /ulpbPay and benefits /b /ppWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
