For a multinational company operating in a dynamic and international environment, we are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, ensure continuity of banking processes, and contribute to Group‐wide treasury initiatives. The role combines operational execution, analytical support, and system stewardship, playing a key part in safeguarding liquidity, optimizing cash management, and enhancing treasury tools and controls.
About the role
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for executing day‐to‐day treasury activities, maintaining accurate data across treasury systems, and supporting the preparation of key financial reports and forecasts. You will collaborate closely with the Finance and Tax teams on a variety of operational and strategic initiatives, including cash flow forecasting, intercompany financing, process improvements, and extraordinary transactions. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, cross‐functional projects, and treasury transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily treasury operations, including payments, cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and bank reconciliations.
* Maintain and update treasury systems, ensuring accuracy of SSIs, bank account data, banking contacts, and electronic statements.
* Prepare and distribute daily treasury reporting, ensuring timely and reliable information flow to internal stakeholders.
* Support Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting, contributing to financial models and liquidity planning.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and audit requirements.
* Participate in internal and external audit activities related to treasury and banking processes.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and treasury transformation projects.
* Support extraordinary projects, including M&A, reorganizations, recapitalizations, and other corporate finance activities.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in treasury or finance roles.
* Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with e‐banking platforms and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
* Fluent English required.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team‐oriented, reliable, and proactive.
* Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
* Well‐organized, structured, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary: €35,000 base salary + performance bonus.
