Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the technical and commercial focal point for assigned customer accounts in Ortona, delivering design, modelling and execution of well construction projects. You’ll drive technical integrity, accurate forecasting and profitable outcomes while identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring contract compliance. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise service delivery, support field execution, and uphold Weatherford’s safety and quality standards. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position with impact on project outcomes and revenue growth.

- Lead design and simulation of assigned jobs
- Provide pre‑job reviews and post‑job reports to customers
- Complete internal PEER reviews and de‑briefs per service design standards
- Collaborate with Operations Supervisors to ensure executable, well‑resourced jobs
- Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to field teams
- Maintain quality and compliance with HSE policies and Weatherford standards
- Own accuracy and quality of designs, models, and deliverables
- Present designs and forecasts to customers; communicate with BD, Ops, Workshop, and Supply Chain
- Forecast revenue, costs and utilization for assigned accounts; track variances
- Upsell services or technologies and pursue bundling/contract opportunities
- Collaborate with Technical Business Development Lead to pursue growth opportunities
- Engage in ongoing training and performance development to support career growth
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years in liner hangers, cementing products or well construction product operations
- Customer-facing experience with accountability for scopes
- Strong commercial acumen with revenue/cost forecasting experience
- Proficiency with design and modelling tools (WellCat, WellPlan, Prosper, or equivalent)
- Strong technical design and simulation capability
- Strong project management skills
- CRM experience and ability to influence and upsell
- Effective communicator with ability to present to customers
- Strong organisational skills for managing multiple accounts
