The ideal candidate will have not less than 35/40 years with at least 10/15 years of experience gained in complex industrial corporates operating at International level. Specialized professional knowledge of the various insurance disciplines (damage, civil liability, etc.) and of the market (experts, brokers, insurers, etc.). Experience in Project Management. Proficient in contractual insurable risks analyses and management as well as insurance policies management. Full computer literacy (Office package and Excel in particular). Excellent knowledge of English (CEFR B2, preferably C1). Excellent analytical skills, focused on detail and in‑depth analysis, excellent communication skills, team working and inter‑functional collaboration. Problem solving aptitude, operational flexibility and organizational autonomy. International mindset and ability to operate in complex environments are considered as fundamental skills of the candidate.
