- Support the Bid Manager in delivering a winning proposal, with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pretendering (when relevant):
- Participate in the coordination of internal costing activities to identify and understand Customer's needs
- Understand the Company and its product
- Support the Leader and the Bid Manager including other Sub-System bid managers
- collect the cost inputs from the functions
- consolidate the costing files in the appropriate tool
- define the project cost baseline
Performance measurements : (On Time Delivery (OTD), QCD, Sales, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)\n
- Compliance with Tender cost budget
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational RequirementsMandatory:ExperienceMandatory:
- experiences with applicable tools such as MS Excel, Powert Point,
- Railway industry, MS Project
- able to interface with internal relevant parties, and assess impacts on costing
- Teamworking
- High Communications skills, reporting capabilities
- Sense of anticipation
- English (Mandatory a good level);
