What we require
* Technical diploma or higher (e.g., Mechanical Engineer)
* At least 10 years of experience in the role and industry field
* Previous Experience From Specialty Machinery Engineering Companies Preferred
* In-depth knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic components and principles
* Excellent mastery of 2D/3D CAD design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solidadge - Inventor)
* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic regulations
* Availability to travel in Italy and abroad for site inspections, testing, and support in plant start-up
* Technical English B1-B2 (knowledge of a second language is preferred)
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
* Autonomy, precision, and attention to detail
* Communication skills for technical interface with suppliers and customers
* Problem solving, time management, and priority management
* Ability to meet deadlines
