Lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-filmsWork closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new productsEnsure process stability, output, quality and efficiencyAct as a problem solver, implementing best practicesProvide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Qualifications / Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent by experience5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained in the film industryStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands‐on with the machinesSolid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP‐film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)Experience in process troubleshooting and upscalingFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
