h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 h3Education Professional Background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field /li li7+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, Project Governance, or similar roles supporting multiple IT projects/programs in a complex organizational environment /li liExperience working in multinational or matrix organizations /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liProficiency with Portfolio Management tools (preferably ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management – SPM or similar PPM platforms) /li liExperience with reporting, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (ideally Power BI) /li liSolid understanding of IT Project Portfolio Management, including prioritization, resource planning, Budgeting, and benefit realization /li liGood knowledge of IT Budget Management principles (forecasting, capitalization/opex split, financial tracking) /li
