**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.
**This role in summary**:
The Analytics Manager will be part of the EMEA Regional Direct to Consumer (D2C) Team based in Milan, one of the most exciting and innovative areas of the company right now!
The Manager will design the framework and lead the analytics roadmap to ensure decisions are made on solid actionable insights, serving Whirlpool Corporation constant pursuit of improving life at home.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage, as Product Owner, the regional Agile Analytics Team with multidisciplinar capabilities (backend data manipulation, website front-end dev, Google Analytics tracking analysts, web analysts, Tableau and Datastudio wiz developers)
- Manage Analytics Team to work in tight teamwork with the Digital Products/Digital Brand Teams to decide and execute data collection, data tracking and insights strategy, to provide stakeholders with qualitative reporting and actionable business insights.
- Update and release Analytics Tracking Guidelines as a reference playbook for the entire region, for ecommerce and branded websites (all brands, all markets)
- Ability to distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to management audiences up to an executive level.
- Capability to present Data Insights in compelling ways, inspiring others to take action
**Requirements**:
- Significant Team management experience
- Several years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing data analysis, working in a data-driven company with a deep understanding of Customer journeys and proven ability to setup data collection strategy and tracking
- Deep understanding of Data, Analytics and Digital Marketing needs, challenges and opportunities for a multinational company.
- Strong quantitative background with analytical skills, attention to details and capabilities to interpret, synthetize data and translate it into actionable insights
- Expertise in Project Management, capability to connect with the right stakeholders in order to identify, to scope and to drive projects to provide actionable insights for the business
- Eager to be involved in business decisions and great at communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Deep understanding of the stakeholder management.
- Positive, enthusiastic, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude
- Creative thinker with demonstrated success in driving innovative tracking and reporting proposals from vision to execution, so to deliver tangible business results
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English
