The main purpose of this role is to interpret business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to create technical specifications aligned with architectural standards, focusing on system interactions, data exchange, and transformations, following the defined design methodology.
Key Responsibilities :
* Participating in shaping activities and collaborating with teams.
* Conducting feasibility analyses for new or updated initiatives (Epics and User Stories), evaluating impacts on IT.
* Performing detailed technical analysis and design.
* Supporting developers during the development phase.
* Involving in IT delivery project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
* Providing testing support and troubleshooting.
* Collaborating on defining new supplier and contract requirements.
* Breaking down requirements and technical solutions into manageable slices (User Stories), assessing costs, benefits, and risks, and justifying decisions systematically.
Requirements :
* Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
* Strong knowledge of IT architecture and technical workflows in the relevant domain.
* Advanced experience with REST and SOAP application services development.
* Experience in front-end solution design.
* Proven application development experience using JAVA, J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
* Experience with JUnit, Test Driven Development, and Spring Integration testing.
* Familiarity with version control tools like Azure and Git.
* Knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL).
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
* Knowledge of UML standards.
* Understanding microservices architecture and domain modeling.
* Familiarity with retail banking business.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical, systemic thinking, leadership, relational, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in teams and a customer-centric approach.
