At YOOX NET-A-POTER GROUP we are now seeking an experienced Facility Specialist to join our Facility team, supporting on all activities related to the facility management of our Zola Predosa Offices and Interporto Studios and Distribution Center, both located in province of Bologna. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Bentivoglio (BO) Reporting into: Facility Manager Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Contribute to the delivery of Facility Management projects, collaborating with team members and external consultants- Manage fault reports and requests from the relevant offices, ensuring timely resolution- Organize ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by defining priorities and activating suppliers- Manage relationships with external suppliers by verifying the correct execution of maintenance activities and the quality of interventions and services performed- Carry out correct cost recording and for preparing reports on management results- Manage technical documentation (floor plans, declaration of plant conformity, CPI, periodic checks of the earthing system, etc.)- Execute the relevant contracts, ensuring monitoring of the required service levels and related obligations The type of person we are looking for:- Previous experience in the roles in geographically distributed/big-size companies is a plus- Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems- Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite- English spoken and written proficiency - _ Experience Level: Entry level Workplace Type: Hybrid
