MSC Technology Italy is seeking an IT Business Analyst with proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support the international roll-out of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will act as a key link between IT and Operations, contributing to the implementation and optimization of logistics and warehouse processes across multiple international sites.
Role and Key Responsibilities
* Analyze logistics and warehouse processes to ensure effective implementation of WMS solutions.
* Support the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM across international locations.
* Collaborate closely with IT teams and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
* Contribute to system configuration, integration activities, and functional testing.
* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
* Deliver training sessions and provide post go-live support to end users.
* Ensure compliance with corporate standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the supply chain domain.
* Operate within international, cross-functional project teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in WMS implementation projects and international roll-outs within logistics or warehouse environments.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes, preferably within complex or intermodal supply chain contexts.
* Solid IT background with experience working on ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM is strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
* Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM certifications.
* Experience in supply chain digitalization or transformation projects.
* Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
* Experience in international or multi-site deployment programs.
