Your Role as a Business Analyst:
* Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements.
* Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation.
* Act as the point of contact between the Product Owner and development teams (internal or external).
* Monitor solution implementation and assess impact.
Your Ideal Profile:
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment.
* Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
* Experience in business analysis within an Agile environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.
* Eligible to work in Switzerland, we can't sponsor.
