OverviewFor our Worldwide Asset Protection Department, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Retail Security Coordinator to join the Team at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Retail Security Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Global Asset Protection, will support the protection of brand assets, high-value merchandise, employees, and VIP clients across WW boutiques and branded events, contributing to security operations, risk management, and loss prevention within a luxury retail environment.Retail Store Security Oversight
Support the development and implementation of security protocols across retail locations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.Oversee contract and in-house security personnel, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and manage investigations related to theft, fraud, and policy violations.
Event Security Management
Lead security planning for luxury events, including product launches, VIP previews, and brand activations.Coordinate access control, credentialing, close protection for executives and VIP guests, and secure transportation of high-value merchandise.
Risk & Crisis Management
Develop emergency response, crisis response, and business continuity plans for retail stores and events.Monitor organized retail crime, geopolitical, and protest risks, liaising with law enforcement and partners, and lead incident command with post-incident reporting.
The resource will also lead and train security teams, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain a discreet, professional security presence while handling sensitive incidents.Qualifications
At least 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail security, event security planning, or high-end asset protectionKnowledge of access control, CCTV systems, and alarm platformsExperience working with law enforcement agenciesFluency in both Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel frequently for work
