At Movianto Italy we're seeking for a dynamic and talented Customer Service Specialist .
Your responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of relationships with client companies in the pharmaceutical sector
* Order entering and management, ensuring the correct workflow from receipt through to checking and issuing of transport documents;
* Shipments monitoring;
* Stock levels management, stock levels' and warehouse movements' analysis;
* Organising product collections and deliveries in accordance with agreed terms;
* To create and update customers' and product's records (references, descriptions, EAN codes, product categories, shelf life, batches, expiry dates);
* To issue goodsreceipt notes;
* Returns management;
* Complaint and dispute management;
* Collection, analysis and monitoring of customer service/operational KPIs, and regular reporting on performance trends;
* Planning and implementation of new measures and projects to improve workflows
* To oversee warehouse operations in collaboration with the site manager;
* Cooperation with Sales and Quality departments
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position
* A previous professional experience with exposure to temperature-sensitive goods is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
* Business standard English (B2 level), both spoken and written; Italian native or bilingual.
* Good MS Excel skills.
* Must have self-initiative, sense of responsibility and a flexible approach to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Problem solving and the ability to propose solutions and process improvements;
* Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and excellent organisational skills;
* Solid interpersonal communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and to work and empathise with colleagues and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
