Amentum is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to provide support for our G2X contract in Vicenza, Italy.
This position will involve completing the following duties and task:
1. Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT & CI efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations.
2. Conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report. Efforts recommended as a priority should align with INSCOM plans and operations.
3. Facilitate the INSCOM Targeting Coordination Board on a monthly basis, including scheduling conference rooms, consolidating briefings, taking notes, and disseminating executive summaries.
4. Attend targeting meetings (estimated 1 (one) time per week) hosted by INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands.
5. Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements (estimated 1 (one) time per week
6. Identify critical vulnerabilities to Army interests.
7. Identify new CI target sets and nominate targets to the High Payoff Target List (HPTL).
8. Advise INSCOM G35 on the targeting process.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses:
9. Army – Officer Basic and/or Advance Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
10. Army: 350L Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
11. Army: 35L Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
12. Army: 350M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
13. Army: 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
Minimum 15 years experience, with specific minimum requirements in each of the following fields
14. Management (3 years or more).
15. All-Source Analysis (8 years or more).
16. Understanding of Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
17. Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
18. Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
19. Possess strong research and writing skills.
