Ph3MISSION /h3 pThe role is part of the Service Excellence organization and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving after sales processes and operational efficiency, service quality and regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and service performance and workshop processes, tools, systems, and digital solutions. /p pThe Project Manager is accountable for the end to end planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Service Excellence domain, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives in terms of scope, timeline, cost, and quality, in line with business requirements and corporate standards. /p pThe role operates at an operational and tactical level, with a strong focus on execution and delivery. The Project Manager works with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives impacting after sales performance, service quality, compliance, and customer experience. /p pThe Project Manager collaborates with business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams, acting as a coordination point across multiple service related domains. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. /li liDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. /li liEnsure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and corporate standards. /li liContribute to governance forums by providing clear visibility on project status, risks, and issues. /li liCoordinate day to day project execution activities across involved functions and stakeholders. /li liEnsure delivery of project milestones according to the agreed plan. /li liManage priorities, dependencies, and operational constraints. /li liIdentify risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and elevate when required. /li liEnsure quality, readiness, and go live preparation of project deliverables. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. /li liCoordinate with Business, ICT/Digital, and operational teams. /li liFacilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and regular progress reviews. /li liEnsure transparent, structured, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. /li liTrack project progress against scope, timeline, and budget. /li liMaintain project documentation, action tracking, and reporting artifacts. /li liPrepare and deliver regular project status reports. /li liSupport decision making through clear, accurate, and up to date project information. /li liSupport change management activities related to the project. /li liEnsure proper handover to operational or support teams. /li liManage project closure activities, including lessons learned and documentation. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in Project Management roles, with proven delivery of projects in complex, cross functional environments. /li liSolid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. /li liDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and functions. /li liExperience in digital, process, IT, network, or service related projects is considered an asset. /li liStrong planning, organization, and execution capabilities. /li liClear, structured, and effective communication skills. /li liProblem solving and delivery oriented mindset. /li liAbility to manage priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. /li liCollaborative and team oriented approach. /li liUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. /li liProject Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus. /li liFluent English is mandatory.
