We are currently looking for Part Time (30H) Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila. Key Responsibilities - Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients - Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times - Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions - Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them - Maintain suitable product displays for windows and interior (collection, sale), through regular VM activities. - Create a magical environment that reflects the soul and aspirations of OTB. - Contribute to maintaining displays and collection image standards, by following the VM Corporate Image guidelines. - Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results - Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. - Prove Brand and product knowledge - Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with - Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor - Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors - Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives - Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance Key Requirements - Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset; - Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; - Strong communication skills; - Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus; - Digitally aware and open to new ways of working What we offer A competitive commissions system A range of development opportunities in Diesel and OTB group Store network in Italy and abroad A generous employee discount on Diesel and OTB group Brands A awesome, young and dynamic team ️ Highly inclusive working environment Lunch vouchers for each working day As part of OTB Group, we work in a proactive environment, where everyone is challenged to achieve new goals, outstanding performances are recognized, and valuable career opportunities are provided to all employees.
