Junior supply chain analyst (asso)

Ph3Junior Supply Chain Analyst – Stock Controlling (intern) /h3pIn this role, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU) and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Order Fulfilment, Production, Quality, IT, and Commercial, contributing to daily operations and performance monitoring.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with company targets and policies.
/liliSupport the definition of optimal stock levels, balancing service level and working capital.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams to maintain stock targets and ensure operational continuity.
/liliAnalyse production constraints and identify opportunities for capacity improvement.
/liliMonitor and update KPIs in line with company standards.
/liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Coating Planning team.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's).
/liliExperience in a similar role is a plus.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
/liliProactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
/liliAbility to manage workload and work under pressure.
/liliGood knowledge of Excel and IT tools.
/liliResults-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach.
/liliFluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
