Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future. /ppIn order to strengthen our bProduct Development Quality /b team, we are looking to hire a bSoftware Assurance Quality Specialist /b, based in bMaranello /b (Italy). /ppIn this position, you will be responsible to assure the compliance to the quality standards (in terms of software processes and work products) of internal development activities and towards external suppliers in all software development phases. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupporting continuous improvement of software development processes throught the execution of internal audit/assessment and metrics analysis; /liliMonitoring project milestones execution and support lesson learnt activities; /liliMonitoring internal SW Development processes throught the definition and update of Quality checks/Quality reports/reviews; /liliSupporting and reviewing the execution of sw candidate approval checklist with focus on the status of verification and validation activities; /liliParticipating in preparation and execution of external audits/assessments done by certification companies; /liliEvaluating the maturity of the SW development processes and quality of work products of external supplier through the execution of Ferrari Tools (SEA, QRA, Program review) in sourcing phase and development phase; /liliDefining and updating work methods and reference procedures for software Quality Assurance and support the definition of the ones for RD. /li /ulh3Required Profile /h3pIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in bElectronic /b or bManagement engineering /b, bComputer Science /b or bequivalent /b.br/Proven experience on software development processes is a must.br/Experience on software Quality Assurance activities and/or Audits execution and knowledge of process development standards like Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 (Functional Safety), ISO21434 (Cybersecuirty) are mandatory to manage the activities. /ppIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
