**Job Description:**
We are building a cutting-edge AI platform, INAYA, to help companies navigate the uncertainty of raw material prices. Our platform uses a multi-agent approach to:
* Monitor prices in real-time
* Analyze the underlying causes (e.g. tariffs, logistics, demand)
* Gather insights from global sources
* Support fast, informed purchasing and product decisions
This is a critical moment for our industry, with global instability on the rise and raw material prices becoming more volatile than ever. Polymers, metals, and critical materials are exposed to sudden fluctuations, making it essential for companies to have visibility and agility.
**The Role:**
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a core team building one of the first vertical AI platforms focused on volatility in industrial supply chains. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and developing features across the stack (backend, frontend, AI)
* Integrating AI modules and data pipelines with performance and scalability in mind
* Improving the user experience across dashboards and data interfaces
* Contributing to architectural decisions and technical evolution of the platform
* Experimenting, testing, and improving — let's build something that matters, together
**What We're Looking For:**
We need someone who is independent, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments. You'll be a great fit if:
* You're skilled in at least 2 of our core technologies (Kotlin, React, MongoDB, Python)
* You care about product, not just writing code
* You're curious, pragmatic, and thrive in a startup environment
* You're available to collaborate full-time, remotely
**What We Offer:**
We offer meaningful equity, optional salary, and full remote flexibility. You'll join us at a key moment, with the product already live, and work closely with the founders on something concrete, fast-moving, and high-impact.
**How to Apply:**
If you're interested, apply directly here on LinkedIn. Share your side projects or GitHub profile — we love seeing what you've built.
