PpbJob Title: /b QA/QC Managerbr/bLocation: /b Monfalcone, Italybr/bStart Date: /b ASAPbr/bDuration: /b 6 months renewable (project duration 10–12 months, extendable)br/bWork Schedule: /b 8x5 (or 10x6 as per project needs)br/bAccommodation: /b Provided by ClarineTbr/bLocal Transport: /b At technician’s carebr/bMeals: /b At technician’s care /p h3bJob Description: /b /h3 pWe are looking for a bQA/QC Manager /b to support bDanieli’s steel plant project /b in bMonfalcone (GO) /b. /p pThe candidate will lead and coordinate all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, ensuring that the project complies with contractual specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards. /p pThe QA/QC Manager will act as the main interface between Danieli, ClarineT, subcontractors, and the client’s representatives regarding all quality-related matters, managing inspections, documentation, and audits from engineering through construction and commissioning phases. /p h3bResponsibilities: /b /h3 ul lipDefine, implement, and maintain the bProject Quality Plan /b in accordance with Danieli and client procedures. /p /li lipSupervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors across all disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, EI). /p /li lipReview and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures. /p /li lipOversee inspections and testing activities during fabrication and installation. /p /li lipVerify that all materials and works comply with specifications, drawings, and standards. /p /li lipCoordinate with subcontractors to ensure correct execution and traceability of quality records. /p /li lipManage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure implementation of corrective actions. /p /li lipPrepare and submit quality reports, KPIs, and audit results to project management. /p /li lipServe as focal point for client quality representatives and third-party inspectors. /p /li /ul h3bRequirements: /b /h3 ul lipDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or equivalent technical background. /p /li lipMinimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC management within bindustrial or steel plant projects /b. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant international standards (EN, ASME, IEC). /p /li lipProven experience coordinating multidisciplinary QA/QC teams. /p /li lipExcellent communication and reporting skills. /p /li lipGood working knowledge of English or Italian. /p /li lipEU citizenship preferred. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
