Tintinelli & CO, strategic consulting company, on behalf of an internationally recognized luxury fashion brand, located in the province of Fermo, is looking for a:
Head of Marketing - Digital & Communication
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing programs and will be responsible for developing marketing, PR, and communication strategies and initiatives.
This role is pivotal in executing marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations, as well as building customer engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead marketing and field initiatives, working closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to develop effective strategies;
* Plan and execute the company's promotional activities, developing the marketing plan in alignment with company guidelines;
* Develop a comprehensive marketing plan using both qualitative and quantitative market research;
* Coordinate Corporate and Product Communication activities on a global scale, ensuring a consistent and aligned brand message;
* Manage internal resources and oversee external agencies to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and communication initiatives;
* Ensure all marketing activities and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and current legislation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or a related field in Business Management;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably at companies in fashion luxury sector;
* Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, with a proven ability to implement innovative and results-oriented strategies;
* Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural context;
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach;
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality of work.
