It designs and builds robust, reliable and versatile vehicles, including heavy‑duty vehicles for heavy off‑road applications with a Total Ground Mass of more than 60 tonnes. /ppASTRA Trucks extends competence and technology services to most advanced solution in the field of innovation to bring into legacy platforms and new concept vehicles disruptive capabilities related to teleoperation and autonomous driving. /ph3What we expect from you /h3pAs Electrical Designer, he/she will be responsible for the electrical and wiring harnesses development. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the Level 3 Electrical Planning for assigned projects. /liliOversee the quality of electrical components in prototype, pre‑production, and production trucks. /liliManage the 3D electrical layout. /liliDefine the wiring harness layout. /liliDefine the electrical architecture (power, ground, and signal distribution) of the trucks. /liliDefine the truck configuration management for electrical parts. /liliManage issues assigned to the electrical team for the project and track their status in the PIR tool. /liliManage electrical specifications for the electrical team during the RFI/RFQ phase. /liliParticipate in system DFMEA. /liliPerform W/H Design FMEA, considering system FMEA. /liliSupport the system team in providing network architecture. /liliLead W/H development activities (internal and supplier activities). /liliProvide technical support to purchasing and project managers for quotation/timing activities. /liliApply IDV/Astra standards. /li /ulh3Background /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /liliPrevious experience (3/5 years) in electrical design engineering. /liliElectrical architecture of rolling vehicles (Power balance, Wire size, Power Distribution…). /liliKnowledge in development of wiring harness and electrical components. /liliTechnical exchange with suppliers. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliExcellent problem resolution skills. /liliAvailability to travel (around 20% of working hours), both nationally and internationally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
